Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Engineering purchase

This role focuses on the acquisition of technical equipment, machinery, and facility services required for manufacturing site.
Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical machinery, utilities, and equipment for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
Conduct technical evaluations and support vendor selection and qualification processes.
Ensure all procured equipment and services comply with strict regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives in procurement.
Present vendor evaluation reports and ensure alternate vendor readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

8+ yrs of experience in Engineering Purchase in Sterile manufacturing unit
Strong technical knowledge of pharma process machinery and capital purchases.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in supplier development, risk management, and strategic sourcing.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within timelines.
