Sr Executive / Assistant Manager Accounts, Forex & Export Compliance

The Sr Executive / Assistant Manager Accounts, Forex & Export Compliance at Vaighai Agro Products Limited, located in Anna Nagar, Madurai, will be responsible for a range of key duties. In the realm of Accounting & Reporting, you will be in charge of preparing monthly MIS reports and Profit & Loss statements, aiding in budgeting and cost control, and ensuring internal financial controls are maintained. Additionally, you will review Trial Balance and support both internal and external audits. Regarding Forex & Banking, your duties will involve handling foreign exchange transactions for exports and imports, coordinating with banks for remittances, monitoring forex rates, and managing export finance tools such as packing credit and working capital limits. In the domain of Export & Import Documentation, you will be responsible for checking and processing documents related to export and import transactions, liaising with banks for bill realization, and managing export benefit schemes like Advance Authorization and ECGC. In terms of Compliance & Regulatory Reporting, you will need to ensure compliance with bodies like RBI, FEMA, DGFT, and Customs, prepare and file returns for agencies such as ECGC and Coir Board, and ensure timely submission of statutory returns including TDS, GST, and other tax compliances. You will also be required to generate reports using ERP tools like QlikView, SAP, or Tally. To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of export documentation, foreign exchange regulations, accounting principles, and statutory compliance. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is essential, along with meticulous attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and excellent coordination skills. Familiarity with RBI, FEMA, DGFT, and Customs procedures is preferred. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter qualification, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounts, forex, and export operations.
