Job Overview:
We are hiring a Sr. Estimation & Proposal Engineer responsible for cost estimation, selection of crane components (EOT Cranes, Hoists, Spares), and preparing competitive proposals while ensuring industrial standards, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements & prepare costing.
• Select & calculate critical crane components.
• Estimate material, labour & machining costs.
• Coordinate with Sales & Design teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards & cost reduction techniques.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical & numerical skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical concepts & engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good problem-solving & communication.
