Role Overview:

EIA Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Environmental Clearance (EC):

• Assist in preparation and submission of

  Form 1, Form 1A, ToR, EIA/EMP reports

  .
• Coordinate with

  SEIAA/SEAC/MoEF&CC

  for queries, presentations, and meetings.
• Collect project data from architects, structural, and MEP consultants.
• Support public hearing processes, compliance reporting, and follow-ups.

Consent Management (CTE/CTO):

• Prepare applications and compliance documents for

  Consent to Establish (CTE)

  and

  Consent to Operate (CTO)

  .
• Handle renewals, amendments, and compliance submissions (Half-Yearly EC compliance, Form V, water/air returns).
• Coordinate with clients, labs, and site teams for data and monitoring reports.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Draft compliance reports, affidavits, environmental management plans (EMP), waste/stormwater management plans.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure timely submission of statutory documents.
• Research latest MoEF, NGT, SEIAA, and SPCB circulars for applicability to ongoing projects.
• Dust Mitigation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s in

  Environmental Science/Engineering/Management

  or related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience

  in EC, CTE/CTO, or environmental compliance.
• Working knowledge of

  EIA Notification 2006 (as amended)

  , Water Act, Air Act, and Environmental Protection Act.
• Strong

  report writing, documentation, and regulatory liaison skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  ; knowledge of AutoCAD/GIS is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills for client and authority interactions.
