Sr. Engineering Manager

Role Overview: As an experienced Engineering Manager, you will lead the front-end development team at Open Blue Enterprise Manager. Your role involves managing and mentoring a team of 15 developers, product owners, and QA engineers to build scalable, high-performing, and elegant web applications using Angular. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to understand customer requirements, translate them into features/stories, and follow agile development processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for owning, evolving, and scaling the Elements Design System to ensure design and UI consistency across the platform. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. Experience: - 12+ years of professional front-end development experience with 3-5 years in a technical leadership / engineering management role. - Strong expertise in Angular (preferably Angular 15+), Typescript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Proven experience in building and scaling design systems and reusable UI component libraries. - Background in front-end performance optimization, accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with modern tooling and CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications.
