Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and implement Java/Spring Boot-based microservices and scalable REST/gRPC APIs
Own end-to-end delivery of backend featuresfrom design through deployment and post-release support
Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver platform capabilities
Develop backend components for system orchestration, integrations, and data pipelines
Contribute to system performance tuning, observability, and backend resilience
Analyze and resolve issues in production using tools like Splunk and Grafana
Improve development workflows and address tech debt and performance bottlenecks
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and system design discussions
Write documentation for services, APIs, and deployment considerations
Stay current with backend engineering trends and propose improvements to the technology stack
