Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of process units by understanding technical requirements and deploying the right skill sets. Your main tasks will include providing continuous technical support to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness, coordinating and tracking Management of Change (MoC) activities, supporting internal audits, and delivering accurate and timely data to the Lead Onshore Technical Support & MIS. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, compile reports, and develop materials and presentations for meetings to support technical decision-making and establish a strong MIS framework. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with O&M Teams: Gather data from relevant stakeholders regarding planned & unplanned shutdowns, KRAs, KPIs of O&M, existing & upcoming projects; compile and submit the data for review. - Support in Compliance in Audit: Co-ordinate audits, collect and compile inputs required for internal and external audits and provide Lead Onshore Tech Support & MIS for review; Assist in close out of audit recommendations. - Reporting & Documentation: Collect and consolidate reports from all functional leads of O&M Assist in generating internal reports for HOD as required and in collecting Training Needs of the workforce and prepares a tentative Training calendar of the Department. - Process Improvement Measures: Assist in the analysis of chronic operational issues, review, and develop SOPs within the functional area periodically to continuously improve the processes for better efficiency and effectiveness. - PRA (Production Revenue Accounting): Coordinate and prepare daily reports in PRA, ensure all the data is entered properly, ensure the data validation is done properly. Maintain the backup data required for PSC reports. Coordinate with different departments and upload JTs in PRA. - PSC reports: Generate the monthly PSC reports in accordance with DGH requirements. Validate all the data, confirm the data accuracy. Ensure the PSC reports are timely released. - Management of Change: Upload relevant documents in the portal, coordinate approvals, conduct meetings with stakeholders/Hazop/what-ifs, and track to closure. - Conduct internal audits and systems periodically as a team (IMS, PTW, E&Y, etc.); review of OMPRO exceptional reports.
