1. Design of Grid Tie Solar Inverters, MPPT, Inverters & BMS PCBs or as allocated.
2. Adherences to all Processes & SOP set in your area of working.
3. Follow the Monthly / Weekly Resource planning for self & discuss it with Reporting Manager on regular basis.
4. Look at the issue /problem found from previous runs and try to formulate procedures and check to ensure that the issues / problem do not occur again in the new models. (Lesson Learnt compilation).
5. To support our plant for all their issues faced & improve their productivity.
6. Use of simulation tools for accurate & first time right PCBs.
7. Monitoring the PCB process / quality via the departmental OPI and perform corrective actions to improve productivity, Quality and service.
8. Work together with the Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer and Project Engineer in coming up with Conceptual design.
9. Document Maintenance & Management for correctness & accuracy.
1. Have Good knowledge in the Electronics / Electrical Components, Mechanical parts, Part descriptions of components.
2. Aware about the practical PCB guidelines like minimum safety creepage / clearance for the L, N, PE, between Primary and secondary components.
3. Aware & well versed about various Industry standards like the ISO and IPC.
4. Knowledge of PCB manufacturing process in the AI, SMD, Soldering process (wave, reflow, MCS) and ICT test points related with PCB assemblies.
5. Knowledge of the PCB norms and developments in the industry, like Lead Free soldering process etc.
