Job Description

Role Purpose:

To carry out civil design and planning for various projects in alignment with client requirements. The role involves delivering high-quality designs and drawings within project timelines to support execution and enhance design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review concept drawings based on client inputs
Develop detailed RCC structural drawings
Create schematic plans, elevations, site layouts, and contour drawings
Schedule and manage drawing requirements for each project
Prepare working drawings for all building elements
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
Issue and control GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
Draft technical specifications in consultation with consultants
Monitor project schedules against baseline timelines
Prepare MoMs and maintain project documentation
Understand and incorporate client requirements in designs as per IS codes and NBC
Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports

Education:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Experience & Skills:

Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of IS codes and NBC
Exposure to advanced construction methods and techniques
Effective communication and presentation skills
Independent thinking and innovation
Teamwork and leadership abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
MS Office, MS Project, and documentation skills
