Job Description

As an Assembly & Test Central QA at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in leading the MRB (Material Review Board) & Reprocessing Effort to mitigate supply chain risks. Your responsibilities will include exploring and developing innovative processes to improve efficiencies, participating in quality audits and change management processes, and driving the site to achieve quality KPIs. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure quality metrics are met, analyze historical data for quality disposition, and support customer and internal quality audits. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** - Organize and lead MRB & Reprocessing meetings, ensuring compliance to MRB/Rescreen Business Process & related QMS - Drive accurate containment scope and methodology - Lead risk assessment on deviated products and align disposition decisions - Develop and evaluate tools to improve processes, effectiveness, and efficiencies - Conduct result-oriented audits and coordinate line assessments for process and system gap identification - Collaborate on Major 8Ds to identify root cause and validate corrective actions - Analyze historical data for quality disposition and support quality audits - Drive the site to achieve quality KPIs and collaborate with AT operations and engineering groups **Qualification & Skills:** - Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail - Good written and oral communication skills - Efficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Kit, statistical tools, Unix, and JMP - Knowledge of semiconductor assembly operations, statistical tools, and quality processes - Ability to work independently or in a group environment - Experience in semiconductor component assembly & test or Surface-Mount Technology industry - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Material Science or related field - Lead auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949 will be advantageous - Six Sigma green/black belt certification with proven project-based skills will be advantageous This role offers the opportunity to work with Micron sites in India on quality-related events and engage with quality and reliability teams.
