SR ENGINEER, ASSEMBLY & TEST CENTRAL QA

Role Overview: As an Assembly & Test Central QA at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in leading MRB (Material Review Board) and Reprocessing Efforts to mitigate Supply Chain Risk without Impacting Quality. Your responsibilities will include organizing and leading MRB & Reprocessing meetings, driving accurate containment scope, aligning disposition decisions, developing tools to improve processes, and collaborating with other teams to ensure quality performance KPIs are met. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and lead MRB & Reprocessing meetings, ensuring compliance to MRB / Rescreen Business Process & related QMS - Drive accurate containment scope and methodology - Lead and perform Risk Assessment on deviated products - Develop and evaluate tools to improve processes, effectiveness, and efficiencies - Lead/coordinate line assessments to capture process & system gaps before mass production - Collaborate and review Major 8Ds to identify root cause, containment, and validate corrective and preventive actions - Analyze historical data for quality disposition - Support Customer and Internal Quality Audits - Drive Site to achieve Quality KPI and Metrics - Collaborate with Assembly and Test (AT) operations and engineering groups through Change Management process (GCP) - Prepare and publish periodic quality metric data - Support Micron sites in India on managing quality related events - Engage with quality and reliability teams in India to ensure outgoing product meets all requirements Qualifications & Skills: - Strong troubleshooting skill - Good organizational skills and sharp attention to detail - Good written and oral communication skills - Efficient computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office Kit, including Outlook, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Knowledge of Semiconductor assembly operation and test process - Knowledge of using statistical tools, Unix, and JMP - Proficient in Quality processes and procedures Control Plan, SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology, etc. - Knowledge of semiconductor reliability testing - Ability to work independently or in a group environment Additional Company Details: Micron Technology, Inc. is an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
