Job Summary:

Senior End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer with 10+ years experience and strong Windows Server administration skills to deliver advanced desktop and infrastructure support in a hybrid cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT sites daily operations, including network administration, server management, and end-user support.
• Manage Windows 10/11 environments, including M365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
• Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Implement and maintain endpoint security tools (AV, DLP, encryption, patch compliance).
• Handle and resolve technical issues reported by senior management and key stakeholders.
• Provide L3 level support for desktop related issues.
• Handle user / client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT services and support to both internal and external clients.
• Ensure audit and compliance readiness by maintaining IT SOPs, conducting periodic access reviews, monitoring endpoint security compliance, keeping complete evidence logs, and coordinating with the compliance team to address observations in line with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and internal policies.
• Monitor and analyse site performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and resolve operational issues and incidents promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. Implement incident management procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and timely delivery of services and products.
• Oversee the inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. Ensure accurate tracking and timely procurement of necessary resources.
• Drive EUC projects like OS migrations, new deployment.
• Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices and industry standards in IT operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
• Ensure users satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering appropriate IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Certifications such as Azure, AWS , ITIL, M365 or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
