About the Role: In this opportunity as Senior Endpoints Engineer, Employee Technology Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the following activities Design, deploy, and manage AVD environments, including host pools, workspaces, and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Azure Virtual Desktop performance, connectivity, and user experience. Security and Compliance: Implement RBAC, MFA, and network security for AVD environments. Automation and Deployment: Automate AVD deployment and management using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.Monitoring Documentation: Monitor AVD performance using Azure Monitor and maintain documentation. Build CI/CD pipelines for AVD using tools like Terraform and Bicep. Develop custom scripts and tools to enhance AVD automation. Integrate AVD with DevOps workflows and implement automated testing About You: You're fit for the role of Sr Endpoints Engineer, Employee Technology Infrastructure if your background includes: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. Experience: 6-10 years of experience working with Virtual Desktop technologies, including hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (or similar solutions like Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops). Azure Expertise: Deep understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop architecture, components (host pools, session hosts, workspaces), and management tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates). Virtualization & Endpoint Management: Extensive experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and endpoint management solutions (e.g., Intune, SCCM). Networking Fundamentals: Solid grasp of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and their application within virtual desktop environments. Security Focus: Experience implementing and managing security controls for virtual desktop environments, including RBAC, MFA, and network security best practices. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, connectivity, and user experience within virtual desktop environments. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with IT teams, stakeholders, and potentially end-user
