Purpose of the role General Mills is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Sr Analyst to join our Planning Transformation program and Planning product team providing new capabilities and systems support to General Mills Supply Chain. This role will support Primarily Integrated Planning Transformation project and eventually Data Governance Sustainability. The consultant will play an integral part in formulating and delivering solutions and operational enhancements, working directly with various business partners, IT leadership and external service providers to deliver value to our business in the areas of Planning Data readiness for Integrated Planning Transformation. Team members provide important leadership in connecting supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) across IT and business teams to ensure end to end processes align with business strategy and deliver against project and business objectives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for keeping the quality Data available for current and future state OMP design solutions implementation for the planning processes. Lead and own the documentation of critical Planning Data Process maps and support dynamic business scenarios implementation in OMP. Responsible for escalating data quality issues to the Data Workstream Lead and Region leads Support Global Capability and Regions Planning Transformation, provide inputs into Long-Term Strategy & Integration methods, approaches, and tools for successfully leveraging OMP system for planning. Responsible for ensuring successful business referential integrity from data source to target in OMP is achieved. Collaborate across Workstreams (Process, L&D, Change, D&T) to ensure that high quality Planning Data is available and Fit for Use for Planning community. Supporting the creation of Critical Data Governance Monitoring/Dashboard to give confidence for business team about High Quality Data being available & Fit-For-Use. Maintain test scripts, oversee user testing, and facilitate training for solution adoption. Utilize strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a methodical approach to challenges and a proactive mindset in building robust business partnerships. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Full time graduation from an accredited University Minimum 5+ Years of Hands-on Techno-functional Planning process experience Expertise in SAP, APO, preferably with strong knowledge and experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning and/or Inventory Planning Processes. Data integration experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior CPG experience preferred Configuration experience in multiple SAP, OMP modules. Deep understanding of overall SAP software architecture and integration. SAP SD certification is preferable SAP HANA Knowledge is preferred SAP EDI and Other Integration Knowledge preferred
