Function Overview

The Digital and Technology team at General Mills stands as the largest and foremost unit, dedicated to exploring the latest trends and innovations in technology while leading the adoption of cutting-edge technologies across the organization. Collaborating closely with global business teams, the focus is on understanding business models and identifying opportunities to leverage technology for increased efficiency and disruption. Purpose of the role

This is an exciting time to work in General Mills Supply Chain & ITQ Organization! We are accelerating Digital Transformation of our MakE capabilities to provide a competitive advantage to our business. Technology at General Mills accelerates process transformation and business growth around the globe. To achieve business success, Digital and Technology uses leading edge technology, innovative thinking, and agile processes. One of General Mills key technology priorities is driving business action through connected data.

This individual will help drive Warehouse Management System and processes, ensure the solutions are sustainable, and follow General Mills Engineering standards. The role requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work well with various internal and external partners to bring capabilities to life across a variety of General Mills business teams. This role is estimated to be 50% development/technical work and 50% analyst work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

. Senior Analyst delivering a Technical / Functional role, working in partnership with Global team - Especially USA BY team & other stakeholders, to maintain backlog and make sure prioritized work gets delivered

. Measure run rate and have delivery ownership of the BY Capability

. Work with business partners/warehouse operations to improve warehouse management processes through application configuration and development.

. Lead the design and development of solutions for supply chain projects, related to Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System including Webservice API, SFTP, Automated Vehicle interfacing

. Provide first class service and support of existing processes & systems during business and after-hours.

. Support testing of continuous application updates, upgrades, and hotfixes

. Develop technical and functional expertise in Supply Chain Warehousing of General Mills

. Support the startup processes of new lines, plants, contract manufacturers, and customer service facilities.

. Advise business partners engaged in merger, acquisition, and divestiture projects.

. Connect with IT and business peers to ensure end to end solution optimization
