Job Description

As a Senior Director Customer Success Manager at Korn Ferry Digital, you will have the opportunity to enhance your career by exceeding your potential. In this role, your mission is to engage and serve as the thought partner to Korn Ferry Digital's A&S clients, helping them achieve measurable success through the effective adoption and usage of our solutions. You will manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring targeted renewals, and also play a leadership role within the regional Customer Success Manager team. As a senior team member, you will collaborate with A&S Commercial and Delivery leaders, develop and implement best practices, and contribute to consistent ways of working across accounts and geographies. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and managing relationships across client stakeholders, creating and maintaining success plans, driving product adoption, conducting business reviews, and resolving issues internally to ensure service continuity. You will also focus on growth and expansion, collaborating with internal and external teams to identify areas of expansion, qualify cross-Digital solution opportunities, and drive targeted contract renewals. Additionally, you will lead team collaboration efforts, contribute to process and community building, and foster a sense of community among Customer Success Managers regionally and globally. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting. Experience in managing enterprise or global accounts in a matrixed organization, strong communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to mentor others are essential. A background in HR tech assessment, SaaS, or consulting is preferred. The successful candidate will possess strong business judgment, conceptual and analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and the capacity to engage executive-level stakeholders confidently are crucial. You should also demonstrate strategic insight, proficiency in using customer success and change frameworks, and the ability to leverage data and technology effectively. Leadership qualities, adaptability to a changing market environment, and a talent for team building and talent development are key to succeeding in this role. Success in this role is characterized by being a self-starter who consistently delivers or exceeds targets, operates strategically, develops high-performing teams, and fosters a culture of collaboration and customer value across Korn Ferry.
