Job Description

As a Senior Director Customer Success Manager at Korn Ferry Digital, your mission is to engage and be the thought partner to Korn Ferry Digital's A&S clients in achieving measurable success through the effective adoption and usage of solutions. You will manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, focusing on targeted renewals and playing a team leadership role across the regional CSM team. Your role involves acting as a thought partner to A&S Commercial and Delivery leaders, implementing best practices, and contributing to consistent ways of working across accounts and geographies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and manage relationships across client stakeholders, understanding their priorities and challenges, and connecting them to broader Korn Ferry teams. - Create and maintain success plans with clearly defined value drivers, timelines, and measures. - Drive product adoption and usage metrics, ensuring digital solutions are integrated into clients" ways of working. - Conduct quarterly business reviews, product roadmaps, and other check-ins to ensure alignment and progress. - Identify areas for growth and expansion, engage client stakeholders in new entities, and drive contract renewals in partnership with A&S Commercial Leader. - Lead team collaboration, set standards for value measurements, collaboration, and client experience. - Foster a sense of community among CSMs, contribute to knowledge-sharing and collaboration efforts. **Skills & Experience:** - 8+ years in a customer-facing role like Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting. - Experience managing enterprise or global accounts in a matrixed organization. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders confidently. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and success metrics reporting. - Background in HR tech assessment, SaaS, or consulting preferred. In this role, you will need to leverage your experience in client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or digital solution environments.
