We’ve built a strong brand through organic content, and now we’re scaling our paid campaigns to reach the next level. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative and ROI-obsessed Senior Performance Marketer to help us grow.

What You should bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), WhatsApp Marketing
• Experience managing ₹5L+/month ad budgets
• Proven success in generating high-quality leads for high-ticket services
• Skilled in optimizing for ROAS, CPL, and CAC with a growth mindset
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
• Experience in running conversion experiments (A/B testing, landing page testing)
• Proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience in marketing in EdTech or Career/Skill Development domains
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or Performance Max campaigns
• Built or managed dashboards to track key performance metrics
• Collaborated with content, design, and product teams on growth campaigns
