Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Warehousing ETL and Data Integration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DBT PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage with a preference for experience in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills to drive data solutions and enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.

Design and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data projects.

Utilize PL/SQL to write complex queries and optimize database performance.

Leverage IBM Infosphere Datastage to manage and streamline data workflows.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Monitor and troubleshoot data processes to resolve issues promptly.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance data solutions.

Contribute to the improvement of data governance and data quality standards.

Document technical specifications and project progress for stakeholders.

Engage in continuous learning to expand domain knowledge in Cards and Payments.

Support hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Data Warehousing Concepts and Scheduling Basics.

Demonstrate proficiency in ETL processes and Data Integration techniques.

Exhibit advanced skills in PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage.

Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams.

Certifications Required

IBM Certified Solution Developer - InfoSphere DataStage v11.5
