2. Collect, assess, and analyse all customer input & site visit input as per the design questionnaire template to proceed for preparation of detailed GA Drawing.
3. On receipt of PO, designer visits site if required, for final concept & measurement as per mutual agreement with customer.
4. Make G A drawing (using AutoCAD & Solid Works), as per site visit and send the same to sales for client approval.
5. On clients approval of GA drawing, start detailed fabrication drawing nesting drawing and prepare TPL standard BOQ and obtain approval from Operation Manager
6. Release approved BOQ, fabrication drawing and nesting drawing to production department on email.
7. Visits to shop floor during actual fabrication in case any doubt arises.
8. Explain the design concept to the execution Engineer before proceeding for installation.
