Sr. Design Engineer

Software Skill: Solid Edge, Solid Works, Auto CAD any 3D CAD software

Additional Skill: Good Communication & Presentation, Good Listener, Ability to work under pressure, Exposure to SPM & Automation project

Work Experience Requirement: He/she should have hands on experience in product development. He/she has worked in SPM Design, Automation Industry, BIW fixture Robotic Lines, Plant engineering Or Process industry. He/she has actively involved in designing of structural parts, mechanism, engineering drawings.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible for structural components concept / system design deliveries as per plan
• Generate concept models and drawings of SPM, Automation layout, Plant layout, Welding fixtures, assemblies, part details, BOM etc.
• Selection of bought out components like Pumps, Hyd / Electric motor, Sensors, Torque arm etc. as per design requirement
• Collection and interpretation of engineering data & ensure that the design is conducted in accordance with quality assurance requirements
• Conduct design reviews & ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers.
• Find creative design solutions to problems & prepare 3D models and drawings of products using CAD
• Design custom automated and semi-automated machines, fixtures, and tools to support everything from early prototype builds to mass production
• Follow ISO standard practices, Best Practices of department / Customer & Relevant design standards to deliver the results
