Sr. Data Scientist

You are a skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and neural search technologies. With over 5 years of relevant experience, you have a proven track record of developing and deploying sophisticated data-driven models and systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of data products and services. Your key skills include holding a BTech/BE degree, proficiency in Python, data structures, and system design. You have experience with NumPy and Pandas, and possess knowledge of neural networks such as CNN, GANs, CGAN, Transformers, RNN, and LSTM. You are adept at fine-tuning embedding models like SBERT and E5, along with experience in fine-tuning and quantizing LLMs using PyTorch/TensorFlow. Your understanding spans across natural language processing (NLP), recommender systems, part-of-speech tagging (POS), and named entity recognition (NER). Additionally, you have skills in forecasting, classification, and regression techniques. As a Senior Data Scientist, your responsibilities include creating Machine Learning (ML) models for various product needs, analyzing client data to comprehend the data and the issues, managing data changes and model performance over time, improving embedding and large language models (LLMs), enhancing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and developing feedback loops for ML models.
