Sr. Data Scientist

Role Overview: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and the latest data science technologies. Your role will involve understanding business problems and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Additionally, you will assist in the analysis and interpretation of complex datasets to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Supporting the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to enhance various aspects of insurance operations will be a key responsibility. You will also contribute to the creation of data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data collection, processing, and storage. Furthermore, your involvement in the research and evaluation of emerging technologies and tools will continuously improve solutions and keep abreast of industry trends. Leading and mentoring team members, effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget are essential aspects of this role. Qualification Required: - Ph.D. in data Science or MSc (Maths/Statistics) with 3+ years of experience. - Formal training & certification in data science/AI/ML is required. - Strong enthusiasm and passion for new technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications. - Good understanding of data science concepts, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling. - Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. - Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.,
