Sr DAM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of DAM solutions for enterprise clients in the MEA region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in asset taxonomy, metadata design, workflow automation, and integration with digital ecosystems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), marketing automation, and content delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Digital Asset Management systems, with emphasis on scalability and performance.
• Partner with MEA clients to define metadata models, taxonomy, and governance frameworks for effective asset lifecycle management.
• Integrate DAM platforms with AEM, CRM, and marketing automation systems to enable seamless content delivery across channels.
• Develop and maintain asset ingestion workflows, tagging structures, and approval processes.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and IT teams to streamline asset utilization and ensure brand consistency.
• Provide subject matter expertise on best practices in asset organization, digital rights management (DRM), and access control.
• Analyze user behavior, system usage, and asset performance to drive continuous improvements in DAM efficiency.
• Support pre-sales discussions, scoping, and solution architecture for new DAM implementations in the MEA market.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise DAM platforms (Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, Widen, etc.).
• Deep understanding of metadata, taxonomy design, and content governance principles.
• Experience with AEM integration and automation through APIs and workflow engines.
• Familiarity with image/video processing, cloud storage, and CDN integrations.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML data structures, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Groovy).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployments.
• Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, digital rights management, and version control.

Education & Certifications:-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
