Sr . Cybersecurity Engineer

 We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Engineer to safeguard our IT infrastructure and sensitive data across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security controls, detecting and responding to threats, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulations. This role demands hands-on experience in enterprise security tools, vulnerability management, incident response, and secure system design.

 Key Responsibilities

 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including threat detection, analysis, and response.

 Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and endpoint security.

 Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats and design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge

 Demonstrate experience around ITIL or Key process-oriented domains like incident management, configuration management, change management, problem management etc.

 Requirements

•  Implement, manage, and monitor security tools and technologies (e. g. , SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection).

•  Monitor systems and networks for security breaches and respond to incidents promptly.

•  Collaborate with IT teams to design secure infrastructure and software systems.

•  Ensure patch management and configuration hardening across servers, endpoints, and network devices.

•  Maintain documentation including risk assessments, incident response plans, and audit logs.

•  Develop a direction to manage the portfolio of to-be-solutions including systems, shared infrastructure services, applications, hardware related to cyber risk security in order to better match business outcome objectives

•  Demonstrate experience in doing security assessment against NIST Frameworks, SANS, CIS, etc.

•  Timely security breach solutioning to end users, Internal stakeholders external customers experience, CSAT, educating and suggesting right control to the customers.

•  Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.

•  Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
