Sr CX Training Professional

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Preferable to have bachelor s degree in UI/UX, graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Minimum, 8-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work, including eLearning modules, videos, and presentations.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Captivate), Sketch, Figma, Articulate and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to implement design concepts into functional web pages.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating interactive prototypes and collaborating with developers.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines, ensuring designs are inclusive and accessible to all users.
• Experience with 3D modeling and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and able to build customized solutions different techniques of programming.
• Ability to create visual appealing product, marketing, and sales presentations.

• Develop and deliver high-quality Level 3 & 4 eLearning materials, including 3D models, motion graphic videos, and interactive storyline modules.
• Design user interfaces and user experiences for websites, SharePoint sites, educational platforms, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and effective.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather feedback and improve design iterations.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content creators, and developers to create cohesive and innovative eLearning products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the design and functionality of eLearning deliverables.
• Create product, marketing, and sales presentations that effectively communicate key messages and engage the audience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
