Job Description
Service Delivery role, responsible for Backbone procurement in Americas: Responsibilities Participate in weekly reviews with vendors. Provide inputs to internal stakeholders about scope of work, milestones and delivery updates. Assist with conducting the periodic audits of processes and inventory. Track spend and implement optimization initiatives. Liaise with Legal and Regulatory teams to develop contracts Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules and established quality standards Organize vendor QBRs and track compliance of suppliers to agreed service levels. Desired Skill sets Good understanding of networking, transport (Ethernet & DWDM).
