Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to support and enhance Blue Yonder WMS functionalities
Troubleshoot issues by reviewing trace files and identifying root causes
Develop and modify scripts using Groovy and Integrator as required
Participate in system configuration and ensure alignment with warehouse operations
Assist in writing and defining test cases and scenarios based on functional requirements
Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve system issues efficiently
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for WMS processes and system performance

Technical Skills Requirements:

Basic knowledge of C, Java, and other programming languages
Experience with reviewing trace files and issue troubleshooting
Hands-on experience or familiarity with Groovy and Integrator
BY WMS Technical Certification is highly desirable

Functional Skills Requirements:

Basic understanding of WMS functionalities and system configurations
Ability to define, write, and execute test cases and scenarios
BY WMS Functional Certification is highly desirable
