Sr. Consultant - Business Services

As a Sourcing Consultant/Sr. Consultant at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, your role will involve developing and executing category sourcing strategies for indirect Business Services & IT Infrastructure commodities. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering spend data, business requirements plans, and analyzing spend profiles to assess opportunities - Gathering and analyzing market intelligence, assessing Category Risk, and mapping stakeholders - Defining category performance metrics and developing socialized Category Strategy - Providing business clients with timely access to leading-edge technologies, products, and services - Setting sourcing strategy by validating scope of work, determining sourcing options, and analyzing bids - Developing & executing sourcing plans, evaluating responses, and negotiating contract terms/pricing - Initiating/Administering Contracting Activity and Conducting Change Management Activities - Managing adherence to contract, leading Management Reviews, and monitoring KPIs - On-boarding suppliers, setting expectations, and managing resolution process Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Governance - Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and strong analytical ability - Degree in Supply Chain Management and strategic sourcing experience - Experience in category management and senior-level influencing - Advanced analytical and quantitative skills - Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations - CPSM certification preferred - Experience in sourcing indirect corporate services and products - Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications By joining Societe Generale, you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in shaping the future, creating, daring, innovating, and taking action.
