Role Description

Sr. Compounding Engineer/Compounding Incharge based in Umergaon, with some work from home acceptable. The individual will be responsible for developing and optimizing rubber compound formulations, overseeing the compounding process, ensuring quality and consistency, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. The Sr. Compounding Engineer/Compounding Incharge will also be required to monitor production, ensure compliance with safety standards, and document processes and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and optimizing rubber compound formulations
• Research and development
• Proficiency in overseeing the rubber compounding process and ensuring quality control
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve compounding issues
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in manufacturing environments
• Strong documentation and process management skills

• Bachelor's degree in B.E Polymer Science, Rubber, Plastic

• At least 6 TO 10 years of experience in a Senior level or Managerial level

• Age above 30 ,
