This includes monitoring company policies, procedures, and operations, conducting audits and risk assessments, and investigating compliance issues or breaches. Staying updated on regulatory changes and best practices is crucial, along with providing training to employees on compliance matters. Acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies and external auditors, you will also draft and revise company policies to align with compliance standards. Ensuring that all company records and documentation meet regulatory requirements is essential, along with assisting in ethical decision-making and fostering a culture of integrity within the organization.
