Sr Closer - Financial Advisory Services

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating trade settlements in the Syndicated Loan Market, liaising with counterparties and administrative agents on new issue trades and par trades. You will manage settled balances and cash balances to schedule trade closings with counterparties. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate trade settlements in the Syndicated Loan Market by liaising with counterparties and administrative agents on primary, par, and distressed secondary trades. - Handle settlement of new issue and par loan trades. - Draft loan trade settlement documentation such as trade confirmations, transfer documents, and funding memos when not settling via electronic settlement platforms. - Closely monitor any PnL breaks generated during trade settlement. - Troubleshoot, timely escalate, and solve problems arising from trade discrepancies. - Review audit confirmation requests from various counterparties. - Seek to improve operations procedures and controls within the group by identifying and taking timely action to mitigate risks. - Ensure attention to detail, maintain a high level of accuracy, and adhere to 100% compliance with client SLAs. - Perform other projects as needed. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. - Good understanding of Loan and other financial products like Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Bonds. - Knowledge of LSTA/LMA Guidelines will be advantageous. - Understanding of different Loan facilities such as Term Loan, Revolver, Delayed Draw, LC is advantageous. - Knowledge of the trade life cycle and roles of Front, Middle, and Back Office. - Prior working experience on ClearPar and Loan IQ. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Must be well-organized, have the ability to multitask, complete all aspects of the role, and meet deadlines. Additional Details: - Work Conditions: - 9-hour shift between 5:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday to Friday. - Adherence to UnitedLex and Client confidentiality and information security policies. - Work location in Gurugram, Haryana. - Working from the office is mandatory. - The holiday calendar may vary based on client location, UnitedLex India holiday list, or a hybrid of the two. - Valid passport holders will be preferred for potential domestic and international travel requirements, which may vary from a few days to up to 3 months.,
