Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with BMW clients to ensure exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets. Your main duties will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing BMW clients. - Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. - Coordinating with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth client interactions. - Handling client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. - Monitoring client satisfaction and implementing strategies to improve experience. - Maintaining client records and preparing reports on client interactions and sales progress. - Promoting BMW brand values and ensuring clients receive a premium experience. You should possess the following key skills and competencies for success in this role: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and client management abilities. - Knowledge of the luxury automobile industry, preferably BMW. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. - Sales-oriented mindset with a service-first approach. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
