Sr. Civil & Structural Engineer

LTTS India Chennai Job Description Develop and implement detailed execution plans, aligning with overall project schedules and milestones to ensure timely and efficient progress of construction activities. Oversee day-to-day site operations, including supervising contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. Ensure all work on-site meets the required quality standards, implementing proactive quality assurance measures and conducting regular inspections as per P&G standards. Promote and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment as per P&G standards. Regularly update senior management on project progress, financial expenditures, and any issues affecting timelines or budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project specifications and deliverables Collaborate with client, PMC, designers, Vendors etc. for flawless execution of project Coordinate project execution end to end while maintaining best in class construction standards Helping in preparing drawings and documentation to obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Resource planning and levelling Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be Meeting Business Use Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies Supervise the work being done from PMC, vendors and give them guidance when needed. Prepare regularly project MIS reports to showcase project progress and help needed Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Job Requirement Civil Engineer
