Sudhir Mandke Group is looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer to lead site execution for our residential, commercial, and hospitality projects located in Pune and Guhagar (Konkan).
☑ Location: Pune & Guhagar, Maharashtra
☑ Qualification: B.E. Civil (MBA preferred)
☑ Experience: Minimum 5 years (experience in premium residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
☑ Key Responsibilities & Skills:
✔ Site execution and coordination across multiple project types
✔ Proficiency in RCC, finishing, and infrastructure work
✔ Strong vendor and contractor management skills
✔ Focus on quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
☑ Salary: Based on previous CTC and experience
