Sales Executive – Real Estate (Guhagar, Ratnagiri)

About the Role:

Mandke Lighthouse is a premium sea-facing township project offering sea view villas, beach plots, apartments, and more in Guhagar. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our on-site team and help drive our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client visits and property showings at the site
• Clearly communicate project features, pricing, and amenities
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and investors
• Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on leads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client data

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage walk-ins effectively
• Presentable personality and professional approach

Salary:

• Negotiable based on previous CTC and experience
• Performance-based incentives available

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 6 days a week (Weekend availability required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,151.68 - ₹52,570.42 per month
