Sr. Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at building project sites
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth execution
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain documentation
• Lead site teams and mentor junior engineers for performance and compliance
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure regulatory approvals are in place

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and structural detailing
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office/AutoCAD
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate and work across sites in Uttar Pradesh

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional building projects
• Familiarity with green building norms and modern construction techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
