Job Description

  • Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes with consistency and precision.
  • Supervise junior staff and ensure adherence to kitchen standards and hygiene.
  • Assist in menu development and new recipe trials for Indian cuisine.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and reduce kitchen wastage.
  • Ensure timely mise-en-place and execution during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels for Indian section and assist in ordering.
  • Train commis and junior cooks on Indian cooking techniques and plating.
  • Contribute to innovation while preserving traditional flavor profiles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
