Job description

• Prepare and cook a variety of Tandoor dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency in food quality.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards before serving.
• Conduct regular taste tests and adjust recipes as necessary to maintain flavor profiles.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Tandoor cuisine, preferably in a similar role .

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tandoor cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
