Sr. CAD Detailer- PEB

Role Over view:

 We are looking for a Senior CAD Detailer – PEB with strong experience in steel structure detailing and CAD tools. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality, and leading a team of junior detailers. You will coordinate with engineers and project teams to deliver PEB drawings as per client standards and timelines.

Work Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review shop drawings, erection drawings, and general arrangement (GA) drawings for PEB projects.
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver efficient and cost-effective design solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for structural components.
• Use CADD (AutoCAD or equivalent)) for detailing and 3D modelling tasks. Maintain high levels of quality and precision across all drawings and models.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, addressing feedback and technical queries.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and advancements in PEB detailing and drafting practices. Lead and mentor junior detailers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project.
• Proficiencies:
• Proficient CADD (AutoCAD or equivalent) with strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and industry codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with engineers and project managers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel for data management.

Academic Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PEB detailing or structural steel detailing.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers.
