Sr. Business Development/Business Development Executive

You will be part of a young start-up, VasyERP, funded by Reliance Industries, based in Ahmedabad, focusing on cloud-based ERP products for manufacturing and retail industries in India and globally. As a business development executive, your role will involve contributing to the company's growth by finding and retaining clients, promoting additional products or features to existing clients, and staying updated on market trends. Your responsibilities will include: - Becoming well-versed in all products offered by the organization. - Managing the complete sales cycle. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships for client retention. - Negotiating with clients to ensure competitive pricing. - Recommending upgrades or additional products/services based on client needs. The ideal candidate will have: - At least 2 years of experience in Business Development. - Proficiency in Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, and Client Handling. - Track record of achieving targets. - Strong networking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Resourcefulness and exceptional research capabilities. - Ability to drive revenue by identifying client pain points and proposing appropriate solutions. Desirable qualifications and experiences include: - Certification in Sales or Marketing. - Previous exposure to IT product sales or marketing. - Experience in the Indian domestic market.
