About the Role:

Senior Business Analyst

Applicants with prior US onsite travel experience and a valid US visa, ready for travel based on requirement, will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with product owners and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Support testing teams by creating test cases, validating deliverables, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and process documentation to stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with US Health and Human Services regulations, compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS, Medicaid/Medicare, etc.), and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the US Health and Human Services domain.
• Good understanding of US HHS systems, the market, as well as ways of working with US State and County customers
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, or state health programs.
• Knowledge of data analytics, reporting tools, and SQL.
• Experience in client-facing roles with US-based stakeholders.
