The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, define processes, deliver effective business solutions, and give product demos. Applicants with prior US onsite travel experience and a valid US visa, ready for travel based on requirement, will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and objectives. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Translate business requirements into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with product owners and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions. Support testing teams by creating test cases, validating deliverables, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and process documentation to stakeholders. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with US Health and Human Services regulations, compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS, Medicaid/Medicare, etc.), and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the US Health and Human Services domain. Good understanding of US HHS systems, the market, as well as ways of working with US State and County customers Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Good to Have: Experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, or state health programs. Knowledge of data analytics, reporting tools, and SQL. Experience in client-facing roles with US-based stakeholders.
