We are looking for a multi-talented individual to take on a hybrid role that blends Business Analysis, Product Ownership, and Scrum Mastery. As part of a cross-functional team building advanced AI products and custom AI integrations, you ll serve as the bridge between stakeholders, developers, and machine learning experts driving clarity, alignment, and delivery excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills Responsibilities: Product Ownership Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in alignment with business goals. Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and AI/engineering teams to gather and clarify requirements. Translate high-level objectives into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Champion the product vision and roadmap within the team. Business Analysis Conduct stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. Document workflows, use cases, and technical requirements to support development and design teams. Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve product features and usability. Scrum Mastery Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Remove blockers, coach the team on Agile principles, and ensure delivery best practices. Track progress with Agile metrics (velocity, burn-downs) and optimize team performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparent communication Requirement: 7+ years in product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery roles. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. Proven experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and leading sprint ceremonies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, AI/ML, design, and business. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and similar. Strong analytical and documentation skills; able to translate complex needs into actionable specs. Nice to Have: Experience with AI/ML products or technical system integrations. Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP. Background in UX, data analysis, or technical writing. Startup or scale-up environment experience.
