Sr. Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting and implementing the QAD suite of applications across different sites. Your role will involve researching and recommending process improvement solutions to ensure efficiency and currency of established procedures for optimum performance levels in manufacturing operations. Additionally, you will support the Problem Management process and act as a communication channel among manufacturing sites, support groups, vendors, and management. You will assist in planning deployments and configuration changes in the current production environment and present various metrics to management for proposing continuous improvement ideas. Key Responsibilities: - Support and implement QAD suite of applications across different sites - Research and recommend process improvement solutions - Support the Problem Management process and facilitate communication among manufacturing sites, support groups, vendors, and management - Assist in planning deployments and configuration changes in the current production environment - Present metrics to management and suggest continuous improvement ideas - Escalate incidents/problems as required - Coordinate changes spanning across multiple applications with respective application owners - Ensure agreed service levels are maintained and reported to both local and global IT management - Ensure systems and procedures comply with legislative requirements such as the Data Protection Act - Operate across multiple plants and units Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in supporting and implementing QAD suite of applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively across multiple plants and units - Knowledge of legislative requirements such as the Data Protection Act Location: The primary location for this role is Pune Tech Center.
