Job Description

Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of RPA applications. Innovation : Identify opportunities to expand the Blue Prism ecosystem. Project Requirements : Gather requirements for integration with partner products. Support : Provide support to internal teams, customers, and partners during project implementation. Workflow Development : Develop workflows and custom solutions for specific customer needs. Documentation : Manage PDDs, SDDs, and maintenance documentation for bots. Best Practices : Document solutions and maintain best practices. Product Updates : Stay updated on product releases and roadmaps, and act on them. Deployment : Plan and participate in the deployment of RPA platform components. Technical Direction : Provide direction on design considerations like performance, scalability, and maintainability. Mentorship : Support junior developers with best practices, problem-solving, and system testing. High-Quality Code : Produce high-quality code with minimal supervision. Screen Scraping : Experience with OCR methods (Google OCR/Microsoft OCR engines) and knowledge of IDP and Decipher. Solution Design : Prepare solution design documents and develop frameworks for automation scripting. Reusable Components : Create reusable workflows and library components. Configuration and Maintenance : Perform end-to-end configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of Blue Prism environments. Staging and Deployment : Experience in staging and deploying automation solutions. Innovation : Bring new IA innovations and solutions, and work on POCs. Technology Updates : Keep abreast of the latest RPA technology and skills, including new Blue Prism features and AI integration.
