Job Description – Billing Executive/Sr. Billing Executive
Cross-check purchase orders with quotations, ensuring customer details, item descriptions, and rates are accurate.
Review applied discounts and confirm the availability of required materials before processing.
Convert approved sales quotations into proforma invoices accurately.
Send proforma invoices to customers with correct delivery dates and applicable freight charges.
Track all pending orders and coordinate with sales team members to obtain schedule dates.
Inform the sales team promptly if there is any delay or issue related to material availability.
Convert proforma invoices into tax invoices after customer approval and generate e-invoices simultaneously.
Update sales personnel if any order is not approved due to credit issues or rate discrepancies.
Regularly follow up with sales team members to ensure timely closure of open orders.
Follow up with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team regarding material validity and stock status.
Understand the items entered in the system and suggest alternative available materials to support sales and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹10,136.10 - ₹35,482.53 per month
