As an Audit Senior Associate at RSM, you will play a crucial role in providing timely, high-quality client service as a valuable member of client engagement teams serving a diverse range of large and small companies across various industries. By fostering strong working relationships, you will collaborate closely with teams to comprehend and tackle clients" intricate business challenges. Your duties will encompass understanding clients" requirements, business operations, and industry landscapes, cultivating expertise in the RSM audit approach, and executing audit procedures in alignment with the firm's methodology. Key Responsibilities: - Identify areas of risk and accounting complexities - Conduct research on technical accounting issues - Prepare comprehensive audit reports and management letters - Uphold professional skepticism and judgment to ensure adherence to quality standards - Provide supervision and training for associates, taking ownership of tasks, and delivering exceptional service through timely client responses Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/MBA - Qualified as a Chartered Accountant/CPA/ACCA - 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit - Strong technical skills in accounting, including IFRS - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Preferred experience in Non-Assurance services (PCR) and strong data analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency At RSM, you can expect a competitive benefits and compensation package, coupled with schedule flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.
