Position Overview:

Senior Process Associates (1-3 years)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery for Captive Insurance clients.
Perform detailed review and processing of insurance data and financial records.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, client SLAs, and audit standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones.
Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings and internal audits.
Assist in process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.

Requirements:

Qualification:
CA / Non-CA (Commerce or Finance Graduates preferred).
Experience:

SPA:
1-3 years of relevant experience.
AM:
3+ years of experience handling Captive Insurance or related financial services.

Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a 3 PM 12 AM shift.
