Job Description

Brand Partnerships

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with brands, retailers, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and manage all aspects of ongoing partnerships.

Data and Analytics

  • Leverage data analysis skills to assess brand performance and growth opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Growth Strategy and Projections

  • Develop growth strategies to enhance brand presence and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast revenue and build strategic plans for business development.
  • Provide insights and projections for future brand growth, incorporating market data and internal analytics.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to internal and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with business objectives.
  • Present data reports and insights to the senior team, helping to drive continuous operational improvement.

Operations Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and management of brand deals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of operational workflows, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute is required.
  • A Masters in Marketing, Strategy, Management, or MBA is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in startups, e-commerce, or D2C brands.
  • Demonstrated excellence in data analysis, growth strategies, and team management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics or other similar platforms is a plus.
